1. About Renvixo-Legal

Renvixo-Legal ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is a private fraud recovery consulting firm operating in Europe. We provide case analysis, evidence documentation, and regulatory coordination services to individuals who have experienced losses related to online financial fraud, cryptocurrency fraud, and investment scams.

Renvixo-Legal is not a law firm, government agency, financial institution, or law enforcement body. Our services are consulting and advisory in nature and do not constitute legal or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a resident of a European country (excluding the United States)
• You have read and understood these Terms in full
• You have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

We do not accept United States citizens or residents as clients. If you are a US resident and a fraud victim, please report your case to fbi.gov or the IC3.

3. Services Provided

Renvixo-Legal provides: free initial case review, fraud case documentation and evidence gathering, coordination with European regulatory bodies (EBA, ESMA, national FIUs), liaison with legal professionals, and recovery strategy consultation. We consider cases with minimum losses of €2,000 from European residents only. We do not handle e-commerce disputes.

4. No Guarantee of Recovery

We make no warranties or representations that our services will result in the recovery of any funds. Recovery outcomes depend on case specifics, the jurisdiction involved, the cooperation of third parties, and factors outside our control. Anyone who guarantees fund recovery is likely operating a fraud scheme. Renvixo-Legal will never make such a guarantee.

5. Fee Structure

• The initial case review is completely free — no obligation to engage further
• Our fee structure is agreed in writing before any investigation begins
• We will never request payment in cryptocurrency, gift cards, or wire transfers you cannot independently verify

6. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Cooperate fully with our team throughout the engagement
• Provide requested documentation promptly when asked
• Keep all case-related communications and documentation confidential

7. Compliance

Renvixo-Legal operates in compliance with applicable European Union regulations, including GDPR (EU) 2016/679, applicable AML/CFT directives, and relevant national financial regulatory requirements. We may be legally required to report certain activities to regulatory authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renvixo-Legal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, failure to recover funds, or actions of third parties involved in your case.

9. Privacy & GDPR

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process all personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law in the country where services are provided. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
